Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our quality and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings for pierced ears (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events

Return & Exchange Process – Step by Step

Step 1: Submit Your Request

  • Items to return/exchange with quantities

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Detailed shipping instructions
  • Return address

Important: Please do not send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully prepare your return package:

  • Use original packaging

Once we receive your return, we will:
